Public Notice - Open-Air Mobile Vendor as a Conditional Use

Public Notice is hereby given that on the 17^th day of August, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Meeting Room, 101-B North Broad Street, Cairo, Ga., the Cairo Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the matter or question of whether or not to allow an Open-Air Mobile Vendor as a conditional use; on the property zoned C-2 Highway Commercial District located at 810 Highway 84 E.; listed as Tax Map C34, Parcel 163.  If any person shall require language interpretation, please contact Vicky Redden at the City Utility Building, 100 2^nd Street S.W., Cairo, Georgia 39828 before 3:30 P.M. on August 10, 2023.

Public Notice is hereby given that on the 28^th day of August, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Meeting Room, 101-B North Broad Street, Cairo, Ga., the Mayor and Council of the City of Cairo will hold a public hearing on the recommendation submitted by the Cairo Planning Commission on August 17, 2023.

The matter or question to be passed on after said hearing is as follows:

To issue Conditional Use for an Open-Air Mobile Vendor, located at 810 Highway 84 E. 

The property is zoned as Highway Commercial District (C-2)

The property is shown on County Tax Map C34, parcel 163.
