NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Public Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of June, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Meeting Room, 101-B North Broad Street, Cairo, Ga., the Cairo Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the matter or question of whether or not to allow a home occupation as a conditional use within a Single-Family Residential District (R-1A) located at 1380 Emerson Avenue S.E.; listed as Tax Map C30, Parcel 6. Public Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of July, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Meeting Room, 101-B North Broad Street, Cairo, Ga., the Mayor and Council of the City of Cairo will hold a public hearing on the recommendation submitted by the Cairo Planning Commission on June 18, 2026.
The matter or question to be passed on after said hearing is as follows:
To issue Conditional Use for a home occupation within the Single-Family Residential District (R-1A), located at 1380 Emerson Avenue S.E.
The property is shown on County Tax Map C30, parcel 6.
