This division is responsible for customer billing and other administrative functions.
Customer payments can be made by: mail, online at Syrupcity.net or by visiting our utility office at 100 2nd Street S. W. We also provide a drive-thru and drop-box facilities at this location. Our office is open Monday thru Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, we are closed on Fridays.
